Killer Instinct for Leader and Manager

We can write about 500 articles or more or countless of books on how to achieve leadership qualities in pyramids by unleashing the leader killer instinct in you. However, after all the information is written it will basically sum up the same thing. Likewise, we could spend hours telling you how to unleash instincts to leaders inside you, however if you fail to see the point or put forth the effort all our words are in vane. Yet, a good leader will make you listen to how to unleash the leader killer instinct inside of you, rather than having you fail to see the points.

Leaders put over their influences in many ways, however most times they focus on telling others how to learn, explaining how they can learn, and teaching the people how to learn. Leaders will not only teach, inform, and explain, they will also set positive examples for people to understand. The leader with a killer instinct will become a role model for others to follow and will relate to other peoples feelings, thoughts, understandings, and the like.

Leaders make a pyramid out of qualities and tools they will use to help others learn, grow and so on. These people realize how hard it was for them to get where they are in life. The leader will consider others as he teaches, explains and so forth, by providing assertive messages, convictions, dependability, and examples.

Leaders don’t make excuses for mistakes made; rather these people will take responsibility and will find resources that take them back to growing. For instance, a man using alcohol excessively will make excuses and blame others for his behaviours; however, a leader will use alcohol wisely knowing that he is an example to follow. He will not make excuses if he makes a mistake and drinks too much alcohol.

Let’s look at examples of followers and leaders. Consider a leader who makes a big mistake that costs lives and millions of dollars. Picture this leader as a physician. The physician a true leader has already prepared for huge mistakes, and as a result, he is aware of consequences, prepared to make amends, and continue his journey in life.

A follower on the other hand, will make all types of excuses, battle the consequences, and prepare to run if necessary. This person hasn’t unleashed his/her instincts and achieved his/her leadership qualities.

Some of the so-called leaders in life make grave mistakes, yet what distinguishes one from the other is shown in the following illustration. Cops make big mistakes, and on television, you can hear these officers make all types of excuses for their mistakes. The cops may also take full credit for achievements and fail to recognize where credit truly belongs. If it wasn’t for people in society, many times cops could not catch criminals, since society people report criminals, help find evidence to link criminals and more. These people take full credit for the crime solved, thus demonstrating poor leadership skills.

Other cops on television will give credit to all involved in solving the case, while admitting to mistakes made. The officers will point out the mistakes and demonstrate how they could have done things differently. This is a true leader, a person who has achieved leadership qualities by unleashing his/her instincts within.

While many leaders compose the world, true leaders are hard to find. If you want to unleash those qualities from your inner instincts, let your instincts guide you along the path. Most people fight against their killer instincts, which repeatedly have proven unfruitful. Don’t be the next person who fails to hear your own instincts to unleash those leadership qualities in you.
